Plantar Calcaneal Spur I Have A Plantar Calcaneal Spur On My Left Foot, Is It Ok If I Continue To Workout?

I have a plantar calcaneal spur on my left foot, is it ok if i continue to workout? - plantar calcaneal spur

I go to the gym 4 times per week for 2-3 hours. Cardio machines, I thread mills, and others. I also join the group exercises and use equipment for total body workout. I have pain in his left foot after training, but it's bearable.
