File Import Failure In Premiere Cs3 Limewire Music Will Not Transfer To Iphone?

Limewire music will not transfer to iphone? - file import failure in premiere cs3

I bought an iPhone and I downloaded my music. Moreover, just wanted to point out that it works perfectly for a regular iPod. However, if you try to drag files or iPhone in iTunes will not let me. No more and no visible signs. I have also tried to import the music and tried manually using "File" in iTunes. However, I met tradgic outages. Can anyone help me or the iPhone so much confidence that it will not accept illegal music specifically Limewire has?
